Recent small, but very neat addition to the kitchen's countertop.

Started with finding suitable place and marking of where to cut a perfect circle.


Next step was to make an actual cut and to protect the bare wood with a thin layer of clear silicone.

Apply some clear adhesive around the parameter of the hole and place the stainless steel rings with removable bucket for your compost.

Place the lid on the top and.. Voila!!! You got yourself very practical and slick looking built-in compost bin. Please come back for more ideas soon.
